Too many things to blog about and not enough time!!! The weather has been wonderful the past few days, so I have been working in the yard :-).
Our ePublishing Faculty Development Workshop (FDW) is still in the forming stage. The New iPads are being ordered. We decided to wait on ordering Macs until next month because we anticipate some new offerings. We are planning two meeting over the next couple of weeks. The first one will be virtual so that we can all feel comfortable using Collaborate webinar software. The second one will be face-to-face. Our main goal is to build community. We have a ePublishing course in GaView where the outline for the FDW and ePublishing resources we have accumulated are posted.
I decided to go with Verizon on the New iPad. I really did not like the idea of paying an additional $5/month when I rarely use the 250 MB provided by AT&T, but I did like the ability to create a hotspot with the iPad with the Verizon data plan.
