Health Information Technology Automation of Quality Measurement: Quality Data Set and Data Flow

The QDS provides common language for quality measure used in resources such as:
  • Electronic health records (EHRs)
  • Personal health records (PHRs)
  • Registries
  • Health information exchanges (HIEs)
